THE ABOVE, ARE SPECIAL PRE-NEGOTIATED RATES. There is NO FEE TO ADD SPOUSE OR EXTRA DRIVERS and NO FEE FOR YOUNG DRIVERS OVER 21 with this offer. All vehicles have automatic transmission with air conditioning. Rates include FREE unlimited mileage. Rates are based on 24-hour rentals, 59 minutes grace period, before overtime is charged. No fee to add spouse as 2nd driver. All drivers must be at least 21 years of age, with a major credit card. Debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo will be accepted. Rates are subject to the applicable Hawaii General Excise tax, the Vehicle Licensing fee, the applicable Airport Concession Recovery Fee and the Hawaii Highway Revenue surcharge, currently $3 per day. Renters will be responsible for all charges directly at the rental location. Rates are subject to the Hawaii General Excise Tax (4.166%), the applicable Airport Concession Recovery Fee, the Vehicle Licensing Fee (ranges from $.17 to $.50 per day), and the Hawaii State Motor Vehicle Rental Surcharge (currently $3.00 a day or any portion thereof). All rates are subject to change without notice. Must be over 21. Drivers between 21-24 will be charged $20 more per day. Dollar charges $6 per day to add a second driver, even if spouse.
